SunState upholstry Tammy Sue Foster Habitual liar, thief, took 2000.00 dollars of my money and did not do anything except rip it apart. Greencove springs Florida

We took a fully functionable pontoon boat to Tammy Sue Foster (Sun State Upholstry) on July 25th 2016. It was 3550.00 dollars for the job with 2000.00 dollars upfront. It was to be done in 3 weeks. when we dropped the boat off she had avery nice shop in an industrial building so she seemed very legit. Well several weeks into it we had not heard from her and she wouldn't return our calls. I called the bussiness that was next to her on;y to find out that she had closed shop and moved to her house. We were 175 miles from there so the lady(at the bussiness beside her) was nice enough to verify that my boat was at her house. After many attempts to reach her she finally told me she had been sick. I told her I understood but wished she had comunicated with me. So she then told me the boat would be ready by fall break(October) well again boat was not ready. then it was to be Thanksgiving, no boat. Then Christmas, then the first week of Febuary, then spring break. At this point everyone we knew was like why dont you just go get the boat, well lets don't forget that she now has it slam tore apart and she has 2000.00 dollars of my money that I knew I was not going to get back. Well after lies after lies after lies we decided to cut our losses and go get it. Well there are a lot of pieses of foam, wood, and all kinds of stuff we couldn't strap down so it has taken sever trips at 175 miles each way but we almost have everything excpt the bimini. I will be taking her to court with the hopes that I can get my money back or at leaste cause her some hardship. She also raises Akitias so if you are dealing with her just be aware that you are dealing with a not so honest person. Business is business if she will do me wrong she will do you wrong also.
