Suntasia Marketing ripoff I was a former employee. constantly ripped me off of my own money that i earned in bonuses and sales Largo Florida

i am a former employee of suntasia marketing. i quit because i would get my check and expect a certain amount of money on it and it would be half of what i expected. they would say if you write so many sales you would get so and so bonuses which was a lie! i wrote 10 deals which is really good. the direcotr which is the boss of the sales room i was in said if you get any 10 deals a $200 dollar bonus. i got the 10 deals like i said and when i got my check my total bonuses for the week were less than 200 when they should have been close to 400 or 500. they use to let us write down our sales, bonuses, and our kickouts. which are sales that wouldn't count if you weren't verbatum in verification or on the recorded line with the customer. all my checks would be right on where i would expect them to be. after that they started straight ripping me off.i probably lost over 5,000 dollars in bonuses not to mention the amount of money they took from me in sales saying i didnt get.

I was always one of the top 3 sales reps in the room which was the most top producing room in the whole entire building which there is like 15 rooms of over 25 reps per room. i tried dealing with it if it wasn't to bad, but it just got out of control. then not to mention.when you are hired they say you have to work the 30 to 36 hours a week if you miss a day you can make it up but all your bonuses will be taken. if you dont make up your time they drop your pay to 6.50 an hour! they consistly mess with peoples money. no wonder its not a drug free work place cause all the bosses are high off marijuana or cocaine. my director would consistly come in coked out and high, but since he was the boss it was alright.if the cops were to go in there they would have a big bust. he does it with the owners. my best friend was a manager in my room at the time and told all that goes on in that place. the owner has a full bar in his office and is always doing cocaine in his office.

Its crazy the stuff i found out behind doors. the managers and directors are screwing all the new girls and girls that have been working there.also at times i would feel bad about ripping these people off that we would be talking to especially when they tell you they definetly can't afford it. i found out that they dont even get the packages at times and if they do they dont get them till after the date to cancel. they are nothing but scammers!!!! i hope someone see's this and would want to bring them down. because i think that we could!
