On Jan 4th, 2007 I received a call from a phone sales person representing Prism Communications,Travel Agents Go Direct, and Florida Way. They had informed me that they had sent me a package for a trip/free trial of their services in the fall, that I had never received (which I don't ever remember.) They then asked me to "verify" parts of my bank account information. I specifically asked "When does the free trial start?" the salesperson on the phone responded with "The day it hits your mail box." That is a direct quote that the company has on tape and played over the phone for me on the 9th of May, 2007.

I never received ANY information/parcel/package from any of the aforementioned companies. On Jan. 18th, 2007 Florida Way submitted a check for $149.00 , as did Travel Agents Go Direct for the sum of $59.95 on Jan. 25th, 2007, both checks were reversed by Bank of America's check fraud department. My accounts with those accounts were subsequently closed by the respective companies, although Travel Agents Go Direct did attempt to cash a check for $19.95 on February 23, 2007.

When I mentioned this on the phone to John Ferguson, he informed me that my bank account had insufficient funds at the time, and so my account with Travel Agents go Direct was closed. Even though my bank had terminated the first two attempts by these companies to take money from my account, Prism's smaller online checks of $49.95 slipped under the radar of the Bank's "unusual spending" guard (as did the check for $19.95.)

Still to this date I have received no information from or about any of these companies, nor have i used any of their services. The customer service representatives were rude and tried to deter me from attempting to get a refund and blamed me for the loss of my money. I was shouted at, interrupted, spoken down to and mocked in an intolerable/unprofessional manner by the following:Jana Coburn,Charles Hester, and Michael Wheeler.

I was able to find some exec's cell phone numbers, once I called them on their cell phone (just as they called me) they freaked out, and had someone call me within a half hour. The person that called was calm and collected, and after listening to my request and the reason for it, granted me a full refund.

If you look hard enough, you can find their names and cell phone numbers somewhere on here.I spoke with Elvis Arrowood, Tina Demayo, and Chris Patti before they all had Sharika Reed call me.

The key here is that they pretend that there are multiple companies, and that they hire out to other places to do their calling.. but thats just not true. True, there are different company names.. but they are all under one large umbrella corporation.

Don't believe them if they tell you "so and so" is at a different location.. everyone, everything is in the same building. They might have a few suites around Florida, but their call center (which they own) has everyone you need to talk to, in it... they just won't give you the # or extension for anyone higher up than the people sitting in the actual room where calls are made. Call their cell phones, bother them like they bothered you!!
