Given the fact we be paid you in advance and then spent additional monies for a trade show and the expense to drive and fly individuals across the Country to a get to that trade show and then realize that we were scammed by you would have destroyed most other start up businesses and put them out of business by your scam and left them down out and dejected

HOWEVER that did not happen to us because we are highly professional and highly skilled- especially when faced with adversity and the enourmous stress of the situation that you put us in- we rose above and solidified the best SUP manufactoring relationship in the Country because we rose above because we are winnners, they heard what happened to us and saw how we reacted and admired our tenacity given the ultimate challenge to us and choose to do busoness with us. We have a clear objective, mission and a dream.....and are the real deal- unlike yourself -a straight scam artist

Attempting to do anything you can -except admitting the truth and accepting the blame, paying us back and/or making any kind of effort or arrangement to do the right thing here,....you do not... that is why you will never be anything but a fraud until you do.....

Also when you reference other peoples comments regarding another individuals or case matter-  especially against myself - understand the full facts with you can not and did not regarding any such claims and in this case our counter claims supported by facts, and who has made or making the claim before you go off posting anything. It appears that Hugh Jeffreys and some related and non related companies have been the target of yet another string of Jason Elliot Pierce's Scams.

We have been following this latest development on the ROR just as confirmation that Jason Pierce is up to his old tricks. We reached out to Mr. Jeffreys to see just how he and the company(s) he has worked with were affected.

Reports indicate that Jason Pierce will stop at nothing to either ruin or cause irreparable damage to ones persona and or business if he does not get his way. Not only did Jason Elliot Pierce make false statements about Hugh Jeffreys but also about others and companies including Standupconnection.com SUP Products.com in Lake Havsau Private label Mfg and also about Jackpotsportfishing@gmail.com .

We have reason to believe that Mr. Pierce is on the verge of yet another scam with his latest of companies Chronic Action Sports. With some of the insight Mr Jeffreys and others have shared we feel we have been able to collect enough information that just may help flush out what Jason Elliot Pierce is up to.  Mr. Pierces devices are routine. He engages with a business, then after time he tries to be some sort of corporate raider wannabe. When he does not succeed he employs alternative effects for a different result.  Perhaps, living in his parents basement as his makeshift corporate headquarters, he watches too many Gordon Gecko type of movies. Regardless this guy is not only a wanna be businessman but he is a real turd, possibly mentally ill.  Hugh Jeffreys may have an over a decade old past that's flawed, however his current actions dictate that he currently lives life above reproach and adds value to the industry he has a passion for.  If you come into contact with Mr. Pierce or any of his companies run . Period.  He will tell you what you want to hear and then even if you never meet him or have had a conversation with him he will try any tactic to try and get you or your company to do what he wants. He will start with your lower level employees to gather info to plan his attack.  He is the equivalent of an ambulance chaser! just looking for the quick buck..Message here is especially if you are a business owner and have ANY skeletons in the closet do not engage in business with this idiot! he will just drag you down with himself.Unfortunately it is his only game.

We have had the fortune of speaking to many people who have had interactions with Jason over the last several years. Some claim  he has been fired from most of the jobs he listed on his linkedin page. Others claim they have been harassed to the point of getting restraining orders etc. His M.O.is usually to disrupt what ever business he is preying on and then play the victim. He is very calculated. He actually has a gift to be able to turn around most every situation to his temporary advantage with his devices.

 It is unlikely that (Mr.Jeffreys) would risk his civil liberties for anyone or anything including Jason Pierce. Therefore In our opinion this whole Rip Off Report Mr. Jason E.Pierce has authored, Is most likely lacking very significant material facts. And all together bogus. I guess that's what free speech is all about.

 From what we gather Jason Pierce is going to try his hand in the action sports market. When the staff at SUP Products realized that something wasn't right with there new dealer Chronic Action Sports they cut all ties and Jason Elliot Pierce wasted no time with the defamatory remarks and post. 

Currently Mr. Jason Pierce has numerous default judgements against him. He has, been arrested for harassment and violating a restraining order. He also has a pending trial set for the first part of June 2015 in Portage County WI Case#13-CV164  This pending case has something to do with a business deal gone bad and Mr. Jason E.
