I came in to purchase a vehicle was rushed into talking financing and promised that I could check the car out and that repairs would be done accordingly..

I gave them a deposit of 2700 total and they gave me a reciept. This was the 10th. There were no signs on the wall at that time. I then came back three days later and there were signs freshly printed taped to the walls everywhere saying "no refunds" on deposits. I now  feeling stuck and not wanting to lose my money decided I better just do this as they had printed out the contract agreed to do the deal but I also agreed I wasnt taking delivery for 5 weeks as i was going to Europe. They told me they give me a 90day 3000 mile warranty upfront automatically and they do this for all there cars.  I gave them every penny I had..When it came to the paper that said full coverage insurance i said i have liabilty and i said I have no more money and i am not taking delivery until over a month anyhow and they dont worry about it just sign. So after going back and forth and telling me dont worry dont worry its fine..I said are you sure and Tony said " yes..dont worry just sign it. we will work it out. I did sign and again with one man on one side and the saleserson on the other side.. He then demanded I show proof of full coverage. I said you said not to worry just sign. I had no more money at all.. I said I cannot do this deal then I am sorry I am going way over my budget right now so lets just not do this..He pulled the contract from me and wouldnt let me have it..I had to call the police. It was scary and so unprofessional. I was in a corner and had to borrow the money from my guy for insurance.. In checking the car out which they agreed i could do after the paperwork was signed I found all tires had to be replaced because they were mulled from misalignment and the horn didnt work. They  said per several emails they would replace the two front tires as that was all it needed to erect the problem  and they would agree to fix the horn before I got back from Europe.  Tney also told me not to tell  the Finance co Space Coast Loans  that I hadnt taken deliver yet. I did tell them and I  came home after 5 weeks my father dying while I was away wanted to pick up my car and go home there to just cry. The  car wasnt ready after waiting 5weeks and Tony Tejera  said he was waiting on the horn part from Mercedes Benz in Germany but the tires were replaced as agreed.

They didnt replace the tires. My mechanic said these are the same tires just moved around. One tire on the front that was supposedly replaced is bald and the other one very worn..They didnt fix the horn the installed a red switch like a ghetto jalopy under the steering wheel that you have to look for that when you turn it on the horn just blows nonstop..It is extremley unsafe. The belt is still making moise so they are saying they didnt agree to fix that which we I did talk about as they had a copy of my rort from my mechanic given to my sales person.


I have tried to reason, been kind gotten upset and frankly beside myself as I drive for a living nonstop to galleries all over the country. I am afradi to drive it far because no horn. The tires are bald on one side and I cant afford new tores right now because I gave them all my money. I just wanted a car I can use for work and it keeps me from doing my job and seeing my clients..I will lose my business if this isnt resolved and just let the be repoed worst case as I cannot afford these repairs they promised in writing..

I have never imagined such decietful people and all they care about is getting your money and mo concern for your car your customer care or promises they clearly made via email and in person and on the phone by  Tony Tejara. He is a heartless bad business person and his Karma will come!!!  They should be imprisoned for stealing and lying from customers they are the scum of the earth..
