 On April 26, 2013 I paid a deposit in the amount of $1150 for Super Jet to move me on May 31, 2013.  AT that time I expressed to them that May 31st was the absolute last day I could be in the house.  I was assured that the company had a truck coming from Vermont and they would definately be able to do that day without any problems.  So I paid the deposit.  The day before they called and confirmed saying they would be there between 9am and 11am.  Around 10:30 am I received a call from them saying that their truck broke down 45 minutes into the drive, saying they left at 5:30 am.  (Why they did not call me until almost 11am I have no idea). 

That they would not be able to come today, but were not sure.  I told them that I was to be out of my house on this day and that the landlord had another tenant moving in.  I was told they would call me back shortly when they figured things out.  I never received a call back, after 3 hours I called them back again.  I was told the same story, and told that they didn't know if they would come Saturday or Sunday, but Saturday was not looking good because they were already "overbooked". 

I asked told them I needed to let my landlord know what was going as my lease was up and he had tenants moving in.  I stressed that they were suppose to have moved me on the 31st!   I was told again they would call me back.  Again, they never called back.  I called again after hours and they sent me straight to voicemail.  For the rest of the day every time I tried to call and the rest of the following day Saturday when I tried to call they would not answer or return my phone calls.  I then asked my boyfriend on Saturday afternoon to call to see if they would answer a different number.  They did, when they found out if was for me, they hung up on him. 

He called back, they told him the same story they told me, then said maybe they could be their Monday or Tuesday.  He asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and was told that they were in the warehouse and that there was no manager or supervisor available.  He asked when they would call him back and let him know what was going on and they said 2-3 hours.  Suprisingly, they never called him or me back Saturday either.  Sunday I called them again and my call was again sent to voicemail.  Monday no calls as well.  I called Monday afternoon and left a voicemail I wanted my deposit back.  No return phone call. This company is a fraud! 

They take peoples deposits and never intend on fufilling the service.  First off, if they did have a truck break down, then common sense would say rent a truck and fufill your obligation.  Instead, they chose to ignore my calls and put me and my family in an incredibly bad situation with my landlord, having to pay an additional months rent, putting the new tenants in a bad situation who also rented a truck to move into the house I am moving out of!  They didn't seem to care at all, and just continued to for 4 days and counting not return my phone calls or have any communication or contact with me whatsoever.  They had no problem calling me a million times when they wanted my $1150 deposit!!! 

"Jeff" if he even exists could never be reached after he took my money for the deposit.  They also will never give you a last name.  This company tries to act like a reputable company and puts themselves in the same catagory as some of the bigger and more reputable companies, but it's a HOAX!  They take peoples deposits and have no intention of fufilling their obligation and overbook themselves as stated by "Lisa" herself!  I honestly have NEVER seen anything like this.  They try to undersell other companies, but DO NOT DELIVER THE SERVICE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY! 

I would rather pay a real company and know my services that have been paid for are going to be performed than to waste $1150 and then they just dissapear and your stuck having to pay someone else anyhow and are put in a bad situation by not being able to move out when you are suppose to!  I advise anyone thinking about using this company to THINK AGAIN!  IT IS NOT WORTH SAVING A FEW HUNDRED BUCKS TO GO WITH THEM YOU WILL LOSE IT IN THE END AND HAVE THE HASSLE AND MORE COMPLICATIONS AND PROBLEMS THAN YOU IMAGINED!
