After being a good paying customer and leaving the Super Wash off of Sycamore and 26th, the owner yelled out a sarcastic remark about a few grass clippings that I washed off my pickup after mowing. The owner then went to his office after throwing out the rude comment. I then proceeded to stop my truck and get out to see if he didn't appreciate my business. He then said that he was simply just letting me know he said he would clean up the grass clippings. He was being very sarcastic and obviously doesn't appreciate the business that his customers give him.

The owner then acted like he was taking my license plate number. I asked him if he was going to turn me in for giving him business! How rude can someone be that owns a customer driven business.

I would highly recommend to anyone using a car wash to avoid the SUPER WASH on Sycamore and 26th street. You might be the next person to get yelled at for leaving his car wash dirty for a business meant to get dirt off of vehicles.

For the ungrateful owner.......get out of the car wash business if you are afraid of dirt and grass.

That's the beauty of COMPETITION!

Dan,

That is exactly why most businesses fail. So why don't you help this jerk fail? It shouldn't be hard.

He may not even be the owner, he may just work for the owner. Pull public records on the business license, etc for that business and write the owner a letter that describes the events and also state that you will never come back and you will tell everyone you know not to use his facility. Also tell him he made it on to rip off report!

That is a problem today. many people in business have some sense of entitlement and some sort of take it or leave it attitude. On the upside, those businesses usually fail.

All I Can Say Is

It's a car wash, not a public dump. You dumped all your clipping into the back of the truck, drove to the carwash and what was left in the bed, you wash out onto the car wash pad. As a "good paying customer", f**k it, let him pick 'em up and wash 'em down the drain. All you get is a clean truck.
