I will never buy a car from superior auto because they di not take care of the problems with the range rover I purchased 1 st the cd changer didn't work but they don't care unless yiu find it before you sign , then they will fix it! 2 I was given a tire with the metal bands which is a illegal tire and I could have a blowout they wouldn't change.3 I had a problem with the muffler and they sent it to the dealership because they said they would cover it which is a lie! The car spent enough days there for the 60 day warrantee ran out! I had to fight with the dealership about my vechicle and never heard from them. I don't blame them because they are scumbags that don't fix anything they are supose to. I know hell say bring it in and well take care of it! Yeah right like the first time. Don't buy from them!

Superior Auto Sales sells quality vehicles.  Before any sale, vehicles are put through our service department for a required NYS inspection before customer takes delivery.   This particular customer has a few complaints pertaining to unknown details that do not correspond to our initial appointment that was made with our service department. Our service repair bills totaled $3,607.02 before the vehicle was advertised for sale. Per our service records when it went through the shop, the front and rear tire tread were 8/32 or greater. 

Our service manager did not have any discussion with the customer about a problem with the muffler.   The CD Changer would have been a responsibility check of the customer. The radio operated properly but we were unaware of any problems with the CD changer.  This customer did call us about one problem regarding the power seat and an appointment was scheduled.  The vehicle was sent it to a local Land Rover dealer to get it repaired.  Superior Auto Sales paid the full repair bill of $432.25 and did not charge the customer. 

Our vehicles come with a NYS Limited Warranty according to the mileage on the vehicle at time of sale.   On 8/21/13 this Land Rover was sold to this customer with 67,127 miles.   We are very sorry that we cannot warranty every item on every used car sold.  Tires and radio’s are one of those uncovered areas. 

Our owners suggest making a call on the phone or a visit in person to discuss any issue they are concerned about on a vehicle they purchased from our dealership at any time.  We apologize for the inconvenience that may have occurred and we know you purchased a great SUV built by Land Rover.   Should service be needed in the future, we are here to help.
