Superior Bank ripoff victimized many consumers Newark New Jersey

in 1998 we purchased our first home. one year later my husband took ill and went on disability i went on a work out program with superior or so i thought after quick collecting several payments each week to superior they applied someone elses mortgage payments to our mortgage when they fixed this they also took everything i paid and reversed the payments i was speaking to them at the time and they assured me they would fix this i had to send them proof so i did they fixed the problem by forclosing on us we had to file bankruptcy just so we wouldnt lose our home and to give supeior more time to correct their mistake

after finding out that they were closed down by the fdic for bad banking we were transfered to another bank emc mortgage corporation who last year was given by me the proof and all copies of payments so that this company could fix the mistake

well last summer i was diagnosed with kidney cancer and had 1 and 1/2 kidneys removed i hav since been on dialysis and am awaiting a transplant until then because of all the complications and in and out of the hospital i am also on disability i am also still waiting for emc to correct this problem and as of yet they have not i also was assured we could change our mortgage because right now it is a balloon mortgage with a 10 1/2% rate which is too high now for us to afford perhaps this note will open up a couple of eyes to get this company to fix this terrible problem caused by superior
