I was contacted by phone by a sales representative of Superior Benefits with an offer for a visa or mastercard with a $2,000.00 credit limit. I was given a choice of banks this card would be drawn off of, a pin number, and a customer contract confirmation number. The cost was a one tim fee of $299.00, which was withdrawn from my bank account in February 2004.

After the money was drafted I waited for the card and didn't get it, I called the number given to me, and after several disconnected signals, and 45 minutes on hold, I got through and was told that the business was behind schedule. I made it a point to contact them every 2 weeks regarding the card, after the contracted 15-20 days had passed. Approximately 1 month after receipt of my funds, they changed numbers without so much of a letter, phone call or anything.

I assumed I was scammed until I got the number of the withdrawing agency off of my bank statement and contacted the direct agents for Superior Benefits which I have been informed is called "The Customer Service Company." When asked, why I did not receive notification that they were changing numbers...the response was..."we do customer service for many different companies and have millions of customers, we don't have time to notify them in writing that our number has changed"...and that is why they let people contact the organization that withdrew the money from their account in order to discover the new number...

They continue to this day, 4 months after receipt of my $299.00 that this elusive benefits package with a credit card of "up to $2,000.00" (which was not the initial sales pitch)will be here within 2 weeks and that they are running behind. The customer service reps and supervisors at "The Customer Service Company" have been deceptive, arrogant, evasive, angry, and uncooperative throughout this entire ordeal. Not only will they refuse to give any name besides "The Customer Service Company" but they also refuse to give an address, or telephone number or any last names of their employees. For some ungodly reason, they assume that the fact that some of us are too stupid to know when a "contract has been breached."

My contract was made with Superior Benefits reps by phone and taped. The contract was breached when I did not receive my package within the 15-20 days after they verified receipt of my $299.00. In their own arrogance, I was informed by a representative of "The Customer Service Company" that I would only receive a refund if I was dissatisfied with the package, once I have received it.

Well, since it is almost 4 months to the day that they have confirmed receipt of my $299.00 (and it was withdrawn earlier than the date receipt was confirmed) and I still haven't received anything except the lousy treatment mentioned above...The agreement/contract for the goods and services or (credit card and so called benefit package) has been BREACHED...so, what on earth would make them believe I would be satisfied with anything less than the return of my money plus, at least 4 months interest????

Needless to say I have made arrangements to fight back...this kind of arrogant activity is limitless and needs to stop!!!
