Superior Benefits program is fraudulent and misleading. After the initial phone call I was expecting a Visa card with in 15 to 20 days after they basically stole my $299.00 from my bank account. This was Dec.17, 2003
I called and was told that I was to receive a package first, which didn't arrive for five weeks. I called again and was told that I would be receiving a form from the bank in a week which once was returned I would get the Visa card.
After the week was up I called again and was told that the bank had sent out the form that day. This was Feb. 6,2004.
Another week passed so once again I called and demanded to speak to the person in charge. He made excuses for all of the delays and said that I would be receiving the bank form around Feb. 27, 2004. Never arrived.
When I attempted to phone again there was no answer. This continued for three days and then I found this site. And surprize,surprize- Who was the first company complaint against? You guessed it, Superior Benefits!
I have been financially and emotionally devastated by this so called company. I want my money back and for the ripoff artists to be promptly exposed and properly reprimanded!
