SUPERIOR BENEFITS ripoff, cancelled my membership over 2 months ago and have not been reimbursed my $299.00 dollars CHAMPLAIN New York

at first superior benefits told me i was recieving a credit card with a $2000.00 dollar limit. than when i finally recieved the package it took almost three months with no credit card just a bunch of b.s. so i followed the instructions to cancel the membership and its been over 2 months and i still have not recieved reimbursenent which they said only took 15 days. than when you go to call the number its either busy or its been changed.
