This company does not compensate employees as promised and fails to commission employees on jobs assigned to them. The owner (John Wilkerson) has a history of hiring his buddy's and paying them outrageous salaries while paying his sales staff 1% commission on multimillion dollar jobs. John Wilkerson was also an employee of Ironbow Technologies while owning a SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business), which is against the rules and also certainly poses a conflict of interest. A new CEO was hired in 2010 and the company has since then been in trouble with the Govt (google Superior Communication Solutions, Inc. debarrment). The CEO has no experience in domestic business and is a total and complete moron who thinks he can talk to and disrespect employees however he pleases. If this company "SCSI" offers you a job, STAY AWAY AND DO NOT TAKE IT. They will SCREW YOU OVER.
