I agreed to sell roofing & siding for Stan Sarver & Superior Exteriors in Austin Texas at 50% commission. I then went out and got 8-9 contracts all-on-my-own! No leads. The roofs were all but maybe one built before I decided to go work for another roofer. I realized that Stan didn't hold his roofer's to the high level of quality that I came to expect working for his brother in Wisconsin at Superior Exteriors. Plus, Stan re-uses whatever roofing components that he can AFTER he lies, and tells his customers that he'll be putting all new materials on their roofs. He orders all the materials, and doesn't give you any paperwork on your jobs, so you have no way of knowing what's really going on with your materials cost, or your labor costs. He gives you a check for a job, and that's it. No job breakdown, or anything. Just a sloppy check written from his business account. When you ask him about things he starts of with, "Well, you know....etc.,etc.,etc. My wife I & were in the process of having a baby, and we were struggling to stay afloat because of the way Stan Sarver took advantage of my hard & honest work for him & his company. DO NOT work for this man, and DO NOT let this man do work for you! He is a lair, cheater, thief, and con-man. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY HIM!!!

I posted that Superior Exteriors ripped me off to the tune of $7000. I have since contacted Stan and asked for forgiveness about posting this Incredible Lie about him and his Company. he said he had no hard feelings, asked if i would fix the post and wished me good luck in the future. So here goes, The Truth is that I didnt sell but 1 job for him, He had already spoke with numerous clients in the area we were working, He in turn gave me the sales after he had closed them just to get me started (nobody in this business does that). I agreed to him splitting the commision with me since he had the sales wrapped up and all i had to do was get them to sign a contract. Stan is a good man, He brings integrity to a Profession that rarely if ever has it. I am TRULY SORRY for the post that i made. Stan payed me up front for the sale i made as well as the split commisions. M

I have known Stan for 5+ years. We were neighbors in Lakeway as well as competitors in the construction business in Austin. We did work with and for each other over the years and after having a life threatening illness and operation Stan hired me to work for him after the storm hit in March of 2009. I have been paid every dime owed to me from Stan and must say he is one of the most honest people I have ever met in the Texas Construction industry, which is wrought with scumbags. Stan and Superior Exteriors have an excellant reputation and it saddens me to see some one who got sent down the road for being dishonest slander him. Stan has no idea I am writing this at the time of submission.
As for his roofers, WOW, WOW WOW. I have never seen a better bunch of guys in my career. These guys get me referrals all the time because of the abilities. And they ALL speak english.

I was appauled by this slander, the salesman was paid in full, with documentation to prove it. Mike was let because of his lies, lack of integrity and fraudulant claims. I initially felt Mike had great potential, after hearing about his reputation from previous companies, i kept a close eye on him and had to let him go.
