Superior Home Services Owner Virgil Ralph RIPOFF HOME REMODELING CONTRACTOR/ FIRE AND FLOOD SPECIALISTS Topeka Kansas

In March 2007 we hired a home remodeling contractor "Superior Home Services", owner Virgil Ralph. His company primarily works in Lawrence and the Topeka kansas area.

I have since deceided that his company should change their name to "Inferior Homer Services", its much more suitable for the type of service or I should really say the lack of service they provide or dont provide, now Im getting confused.

To the point this fast talking man, Virgil Ralph will lie, cheat, and swindle you out of every penny you have if he could. He will tell you in such a knowledgable fashion all of the work you need to have done, in our case after a flood. All of which Im now wondering if half of it even needed to be done. His work is terrible. He will claim he has a licensed electrian that works for him. The only electrician he has is his 85 year old father, who is a retired preacher, and has no license what soever.

My house nearly burned down from an electrical shortage, finding out later from a licensed electrician that so many wires had been piggy backed, none grounded, and no special outlets installed which is a requirement in the city code. When I told Virgil about this he said like a two year old " I didnt do it". Well I said I sure as **** paid you to do it, no reply form him except we will be right out to fix it.

A word of caution to anyone thinking about hiring this horrible horrible company or man think twice and then run far far away!!!! He will tell you over and over how GOOD he is and this work is done in order to honor his family name, which he quickly buried in the dirt that he walks on. And that the jobs not done until we are 100% saitisfied. And that their work is PERFECT!!!

We paid him $100,000.00 to rebuild our basement, this does not even include the supplies. I stupidly paid him in full before the job was complete. My very very bad mistake as now my basement is half finished, most of which will need to be redone by a contractor that actually knows how to do construction work, and now he wont return my phone calls.

Oh I forgot to mention that this dumb*** even installed our front door in backwards. I told him this before he put the first screw in, but no no he thought we should see how it looks. Well we did, the door would only open 12 inches because of the stairs, and then he said well the store wont take this back now. Go get it, he is the biggest joke we have ever dealt with. And everyone who comes to our home has made him the brunt of all jokes.

Well Mr. Ralph, I plan on spreading news to everyone I can, and to every news agency, law enforcement, and business partners of yours about how you are no better than scum, and your word isnt worth the spit that comes out of my mouth everytime I say your name. I am going to nail your a*s to the wall, legally with every kind of lawsuit you could ever imagine. Guess what that Corvey you just bought, or I should say that we bought, is going to be ours very very soon.

And Virgil your supposed $350.00 advertisment sign you stupidly left in our front yard, is now being held hostage. For a mere $50,000 it can be yours. And dont be surprised if it doesnt pop up around town at the most populated places with your new company name "Inferior Home Services" proudly displayed on it.

Shame on you Virgil you screwed with the wrong people. Now its our turn!!!!
