job was listed on monster.com when i applyed for job a man named fred govito contacted me about the position and pretented to give me a phone interview and told me that they were looking for a terrioty rep for the san antonio area. the position would be calling on accounts that was already set-up and they would be sending me appointments that the home office would be setting up because i expressed my concern that i would not be interested if there was any cold calling involved and i explained that i had my share of cold calling and if there was any type of cold calling then i would not be interested and he reaffirmed that there would not.

He then said i would have to send him $400.00 to get started and he told me a sales mgr would come down to san antonio to train me and that i would make my $400.00 back in the first week he also told me that they needed the money to send me training packets and samples that i needed. when i finally send him the money there was no sales mgr to come to san antonio untill i cold called 100 companys and another man named henry lancaster from new orleans was calling me every day but all that was told was untrue and i lost $400.00 and did not have a job.
