Superior Propane Horrible Service To rural Customers Edmonton Alberta

We live out in the county of Camrose, in the province of Alberta. Our family had delt with Superior Propane for many years. We had never had a problem with them until just a few years ago. That's when it all started to go down hill. The service started get poor shortly after they bought out ICG. And then the driver that always delivered to us (a good man that this is not intended to slight in any way) retired. They gave us a new driver and now for the past 2 years we have had to wait for up to 1 1/2 months to get our propane delivery. It wouldnt be so bad if our whole house wasnt on propane for everything but it is. And to top it all off when we tried to phone them to straighten things out we got the old run around. We were told that we hadnt placed our order or that the driver couldnt find us or that it was ordered too late or that they lost our order in the mail. The final straw was when we got told that we would have to pay a 'reordering fee' and that we would have to wait another week for our delivery. When it finally came (almost 2 months after the original order date) my wife was treated rudely by the driver and was told that we should have to pay a milage fee for him having to drive out of his way to deliver to us. If we are out of his way then this company should stick to the Edmonton area and not service anyone out here!

When I left for Ontario the company was great. Now that I am back here in Alberta with a wife and two young kids I need to do the right thing. Right now that right thing is to not to deal with Superior Propane. I cannot afford to wait 2 months for a delivery in the winter time. Not with a wife and 2 young kids in the house.

And just for one final statement.......SUPERIOR PROPANE IS A PAIN IN THE a*s COMPANY AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER DEAL WITH THEM OR ANYONE THAT DRIVES OR WORKS FOR THEM AGAIN!
