Superior Roofing Systems is just like a useless alcoholic uncle in Chesapeake, Virginia

I hired Superior Roofing Systems to replace my roof. First, I caught two of the workers drinking alcohol while on the job. My roof could collapse, but what if they hit a neighborhood child while driving to and from my house? When I called the office to complain I was told that I must have been, "...seeing things."

Second, they left rotten wood that was supposed to be replaced and did not reflash my chimney. Both of these oversights were in the contract!

Last, when Mr. Brooks collected the balance due I was assured that these oversights would be corrected within a week. It is now almost a month later and still nothing. Everytime I call I am told that it is scheduled soon. The heavy rains recently have been leaking water into my house.

I will now have to hire a different contractor and pursue legal action. Superior Roofing Systems is a disaster and I feel legally ripped-off. My suggestion is use anyone but them.
