I was approaxhed via email by someone named RL Shelley from Superior Talent Mgmt./CypherDivine Enterprises. I soon found out that 8 of my girlfriends from differnt areas where also scouted by him with promises of appearing in specific magazines, music videos, etc. He required that we pay him a small fee for comp cards, web pages, etc. so 4 of us did. After we sent him the money to him in Chicago, he kept telling us that he was going to set up these shoots to get all of our pictures done and that he was going to arrange all these meetings for us.

Now he did set up one meeting for us but it was mostly with unknown companies or rather start ups. So one day he approached me with a weird request. He asked if he could use my email account to recruite other models and he would pay me a amall amount to do so at the end of the month. So I was in a tight spot anyway financially so I thought it was no biggie. So after the month came and went, I kept calling him about the money but heard nothing. So I changed my email account passwords and I hadn't used it in awhile.

But what I found out was that he was using my email account acting as if he was me and making negative reports about 2 agencies. So I knew I didn't do this and I didn't want any problems with any companies. So I called RL and kept asking him for my money and why he was using "MY" account to tell people that these 2 companies are alleged scams? Why didn't he use his own account? So when he didn't respond I started going on different modeling chatrooms to find out if anyone had heard of them before? Seems like alot of people have been approached by them via email from the address- (cipher_61801@yahoo.com) with similar or other scam-like business going on and with RL disappearing or unreachable once money is due.

I contacted my attorney and he is looking into the matter further. I went to All-Star weekend and met a nice guy named KING Magazin . I mentioned what happened and he assured me that the company He didn't Superior Talent Mgmt./CypherDivine Enterprises. But he said he knows the owner of the other modeling company and said they were ok and works with them on the regular. As did another Sean I met from another company. So now here I have two "straight up professionals" who run the magazines I want to be in telling me that the company he made false accusations about, is ok? And now I have these "false reports" under my email account. So I have stopped dealing with Superior Talent Mgmt./CypherDivine Enterprises and I warn all models:

***STAY AWAY FROM Superior Talent Mgmt./CypherDivine Enterprises!!!! THEY ARE THE REAL SCAM! THEY MAKE FALSE REPORTS ON OTHER REAL AGENCIES TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD!!

I just want to say the person who posted before me, I am sure its Mr Bedford himself, he has a way of joining sites with other accounts and posting comments as if its a different individual to better support his bs.

My overall advice is to stay far far far away from this individual, its 2 years later and he is still running the same scam. LADIES BEWARE

A liar will go on the defense. An honest person will go on the offense, which is what you've done here. You have presented questions that the accuser can't answer. I agree that it is pretty funny to meet a nice guy named "King Magazine" They don't sound as intelligent as they were assuming they were. OH, and watch your back. Oh, yeah? Or else what? Give me a fckng break. I'll guarantee you that there's no need to do any thing of the sort. They just probobly think they are on some kind of TV show but they're not, because they don't even qualify to work at a local 7-11. You've handled this situation with grace.

Come on as if because I said your name I or anyone else would expect you to respond like "Oh you got me. It's Xavier." There's nothing for me to address in this report because you're a figment of MGI-NYC's imagination. All of this nonsense you've typed and what have you accomplished? Absolutely nothing. You have no support, no evidence, just irreverent fabrications. People are supposed to jump on your bandwagon because you put your comments in ALL CAPS. Oh this is serious. They MUST be telling the truth. Or could it be that your ineffective lies in efforts to sabotage me is getting under your skin? You say all these things I do and don't do, work I don't get, connects I don't have, yet people still stand by me. I've lost NOT A SINGLE person since you've started this tirade. All you have done is provide me, my clients, and business associates with endless comedy. I look for this everyday like my morning paper's comic strip. And you posting on message boards just increases the audience. I've never worked with an Ariel, I've never asked an Ariel to use her email nor said I would make any type of financial compensation for such usage. If you put just 10% of your efforts in this propaganda into your own business affairs, you would be a success. You are not affecting me in the least. So if you would like to drop this charade, that would be fantastic. Want to keep posting here? Want to try another message board? Want to try to pretend to be someone I've worked with or knows me and email or call my clients directly? You said I contacted 8 of your friends and 4 went along with it. Maybe you can get Marsha, Jane, Peter, Jermaine, and Tito to come on here too.

One "Russell" or "RL" you need to stop YOUR LYING about the dirt you do. You keep talking about other people and other companies, yet you have yet to say whether or not you yourself are a licenced agency? Also the reason the names where blocked out of my report was b/c Rip off report did that to my post they also removed a few other names I mentioned! Lastly, I am not that Anna girl whoever she is and I am not that Lexx guy either b/c I am not a model for that mgi company! YOU ARE THE ONE WHO WAS USING MY ACCOUNT TO DO YOUR DIRT AND YOU PROMISED TO PAY ME NOW YOU TRYING TO ACT LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED??? But you tried to take advantage of me and you are going to pay reguardless. Because the fact that you are running around here acting like the s**t didn't happen and that you are not a liar and a scam artist gives me the drive to make sure that on every website, every event and every model I come across that you rname becomes mud because all you are is a wanna-be agent with no licence and no connections! You have lied to me you have lied to others and the truth is gonna come out! Believe that!

P.S. WATCH YOUR BACK FOR REAL!!!! PAYBACK IS COMING!

Ariel!

To anyone that reads this, you also know it's nonsense because this fool just took info from OneModelPlace and tried to fabricate a story around it. Who is RL Shelley supposed to be? LOL!! If this person actually dealt with me like their alleging, then they wouldn't say that.

Also, they would know that I never said anything being an agency. We are a model management & consultation firm. We get our clients signed to reputable agencies, promo companies, etc. So that's totally erroneous.

Being that you were one of my clients as you allege, I would have sent you some information. In that packet, I would have provided references of models, agreement terms, etc. What was in that packet? Who might those models be so whoever reads this can contact those individuals refute your claims?

Lastly, you say that I was using your email account to recruit and to bad-mouth two companies. What email address would this be and who were the models I contacted so everyone reading this can spread the word about how no one has ever received anything from there regarding me?

This whole thing is so fradulently pathetic that it's a shame; yet entertaining nonetheless.

And I've never been in contact with a Marilyn Brown at concerned_model@yahoo.com so try another one Lexx.

Setting the record straight

AUTHOR: R.l. - (U.S.A.)

This report is from MGI-NYC. Lexx Stevens aka Xavier aka Adrian Prather. Because I have been the one that has exposed his nonsense to others, he has responded by maliciously perpetuating his antics and lies on me. I just want to let anyone know that reads this that it is entirely full of lies.

This story is completely made up. I have never asked for models to send any fees. Do you care to share what two agencies I supposedly made negative reports about??

No attorney has been contacted. No attorney has approached me.

You met a nice guy named King Magazine?? What sense does that make? He assured you that the company He didn't...??

Basically, this whole thing is nonsense that I unfortunately have to dignify with a response because there may be someone that thinks you're actually for real.

Also, the reason why it is is signed A. of Atlanta is because one of the people that Lexx Stevens was using a false identity for was Aushiana Robinson under the email address baby_annaatl2006@yahoo.com. He also recruits models using that name on ModelMayhem #94998. He has a pattern of this whether it's Lakita Pizarro, Marisa Ross, etc. on ModelMayhem. The other reason why it's signed A. is because since these allegations are totally false and without merit, actual events and testimony.

What was the one meeting I set up? Who was it with and in what city? And was this just you or how many of your girlfriends? Are you all from ATL?

Being that you're in Atlanta, then I would've told you my ATL contacts. So real quick, name the models and photographers I said I work with in ATL. So when you list the names, I can tell everyone who reads this report to contact them to verify the allegations you're making.

I'm done with this. I give you an A for effort, but you failed.
