Hello. All Las Vegans, and Visitors, beware of the practices of your local Goodyear Service Centers. I am someone who is well aware of the practices of this company, that is owned by Nevada Tire Holdings ( formerly Bruce Scheer).

My reports will be on the E. Tropicana, and S. Rainbow locations. I'll start by telling you that this company is not interested in serving it's customers, but is interested only in bottom line proffit. All businesses are interested in proffits, but this one takes an at all costs approach. The upper management, ie. Richard Warburton, and Richard " Shane" Ely has an "if they (customers) don't like it, they can go somewhere else" mentality that they readily put into practice, and pound into all store level managers. The store Managers are hounded, all day, with 7-10 emails telling them to sell product, at all costs. They're constantly being badgered, regardless of their numbers, to sell sell sell. Even if cars aren't broken. They're encouraged to find problems with the cars.

At E. Tropicana the store is managed by Karl Reiser. Reiser is a synic, a drug addict, and an arrogantly rude person. It is Reiser's belief that to work at his store that one has to have "backbone" due to the dishonest customer base at that shop. The poeple in that neighborhood are that customer base. The people who pay his paychecks, he insults like that. Reiser is an Opiate addict, and a Methadone user. The latter of which reiser uses multiple times, daily. This explains the mood swings you will experience with him. I have watched his "Backbone" yell at women, and old men (customers). These poeople all had legitimate gripes with Reiser, and in a fit of anger he lashed out at each of them. He brought one woman to tears. Then, in a mood swing, began to apologize profusely. Listen to Reisers speal on Nitrogen for your tires. You determine whether he is a liar, or just stupid. His Assistant Manager, Robert, just came to automotive from a mall cell phone kiosk. Real professional. There is one more salesman there called Ken Davis. Ken is a pint sized arrogant slime. I have watched Ken davis tell a man he needed rear brake service without removing the rear wheels/tires. This with a drum brake system. Ken davis is an eager salesman, not an automotive service professional.

At S. Rainbow the store is managed by Bob Devins. First, Bob devins knows little, to nothing, about cars. He knows less about how to treat customers. And, he is the Store Manager. He'll be sure that you know his title, too. Bob Devins is very high strung, and has zero tolerance for the opinions of his customers. He is very condescending and rude to them. The shop, there, is actually "run" by the "lead" mechanic, Edgar Smith, who is a registered sex offender. You can Google the 9+ years Edgar Smith did in California Prisons for Child Molestation. SUPERIOR TIRE DOES NOT DRUG TEST OR PERFORM CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS!!!!! Bob Devins allows Edgar Smith to run "his" shop. Edgar is an incompetent, and dishonest mechanic. This creates a bad situation for any customer. Look up Jesse Vanderpool. on facebook, and see the pictures of the left rear wheel that fell off of his Jeep after leaving the S. Rainbow goodyear, and the care of Edgar Smith. Not only did that happen, they didn't fix the problem the Jeep went in there for in the first place.

Las Vegans, check out this company on Google, Angies List, Yelp, Ripoff Report, or any other internet resource. They are bad news. It Starts at upper management level, and goes all of the way down to the tire guys.
