SuperRewards Scam you of your rewards despite of submitted proof Internet

So far, I've completed 3 offers from them, 1 was to sign up to be a member of a website and 2 of them were to Download and Install offers. The first offer was odd since i wasn't sure if I did everything right since it was confusing, however, the other 2 offers were simple. All I had to do is to download the advertised software and install them. After the 15 minute waiting period passed, I have not received any points. 

So, I send proof of the installment to SuperRewards Support, and this conversation happened between us.

Excuse me sir, how were my points rejected when the offer's requirements said to: Download and Install.

You claimed that:

Look:
1) How can the .png file be bogus if it was from a screenshot??
2) The advertised software did not ask for my email at all.
3) I'm pretty sure that Windows and Google Chrome is supported.
4) The advertised software did not ask for my age at all.
5) The advertised did not ask for a PIN number at all, nor any other personal info!
6) The advertised website and software did not ask for any purchases. The offer said it was free.

If there was any other steps that the offer did not publicly displayed other requirements or added more without notifying the consumer, then it is considered a scam. Regardless, I should be awarded those points because I still completed the offer while satisfying the offer's requirements.

WDF is happening with these external offer walls?!?! I usually take the Download and Install offers because it is more rewarding and more responsive because I submit evidence of the installments to the advertisers. Reason why is because they usually reward me after a few hours. Now, they don't want to reward me even if I submit evidence of the offer being completed!!!

WHAT DO I DO?!?!??!
