Supersportz.com sold unsafe, defective Road Warrior250cc motorcycle Riverside, California

Mr. Spiers states in his rebuttal "at NO time did we run away from this issue" this is a spurious argument to my complaint. Claiming that he was making good faith effort is not the issue. By sending a mechanic on a 800mi. round trip is.

This mechanic had three problems to address

1. front cylinder not firing

2. signals not operating

3. gas leaking

In less than 100 mi. I notified Mr. Spiers that; front cylinder is not firing, signals not working, gas is leaking.

Mr. Spiers knowing that nine(9) other customers had issues should have refunded my purchase. His representative was here on his 800mi. round trip and and could of returned the vehicle to his shop where he could of delt with the manufacturer in a timely manner.

I am not a complainant or witness in Mr. Spiers legal action against the manufacturer.

 As is stated in his guarantee " WHY BUY FROM US? Simple we make customer satisfaction our top priority. We take care of the customers that buy from us- GUARANTEED!" So take care Mr. Spiers

To Whom it may concern, I have spoke with Mr David Otto who purchased this Trike 250cc from supersportz at NO time did we run away from this issue On Aug of 2010 we sent are Mechanic to Mr Ottos home in AZ 800 miles round trip. I asked Ice Bear to give us parts.  they did not  I spoke with will Mr David Otto on 05-10-2012 We had a nice conversation Mr Otto    At this time we are in a Law Suit Against Ice Bear I can not disclosed any futher Info but we will give Mr Otto his money back when we win the Law suit, Im concern with the product Supersportz Inc sales To consumers we go to great strives and PDIS to assure that the product we buy and sale are  DOT, CARB FED APPROVED. We are working hard for are customers and we have Refunded and supplied parts and hours of tech support we know we can not make everyone happy. we sale 1,000  bikes we try to the best we can, and we do not run away from issues please we have emails and witness who have spoke with Mr david Otto.
