superStarTickets On their website is says 125 customer satisfaction and fantastic service which is not what I received! I was told there was nothing they could do about it and that was that. I paid over 500 dollars for what I thought was a VIP Package for the black sabbath concert in tampa july 29 2013. The seats were in the very back which made them cheap seats. Also the VIP didn't even include the tshirt, gift VIP PARKing actually I wouldn't have called it VIP at all. It was a total ripoff. On top of that I don't know how I ended up on that page in the finish when I started on another webpage. For a hardworking mother of three to splurge on something like that to only been ripped off and humiliated due to not noticing the difference until the tickets were already here. It's just shouldn't be allowed. arlington Virginia

 I'm a hardworking mother of three who doesn't splurge on herself very often.  The black sabbath concert was something I really wanted to go see.  I couldn't afford the meet and greet the group which was 1000, so I thought I bought the live nation vip package which included vip front row seats vip parking early entrance, lounge and store and special t-shirt and sabbath gift. 

I'm not even sure how, but I ended up receiving The tickets said vip box so I really didn't pay attention until the date got closer and the email vip instructions or mail didn't come.  So I emailed them and then called them only to be informed I'd spent the same amount of money, but only received a so-called vip box which can't be if its all the way in the back and access to the lounge.  No tshirt or early entrance not even vip parking. 

They wouldn't refund my money or update the tickets to what I thought I'd bought.  I quoted their 125% satisfaction and they said it was my fault and that was that.

I'm out all that money and the guilt of being so stupid of not catching it before hand is just killing me on top of that amount of money for pretty bad seats and access to a lounge when I don't drink.
