These people call you innocently to inquire as to the equipment you possess.  They record the call to create edited recordings.  They send you office supplies based on the equipment you informed them you own at outrageous prices without you ever placing an order then require payment on an order you never placed.  If you try to send them the products back they try to charge an outrageous restocking fee.  This scam should be stopped by the Federal Government inasmuch as it involves interstate commerce.
