I signed and contract in which that contract gives the Support Kids your case for ever. Then they take out 34% of every check as their fee. They call the NCP and make up arrangements or deals to settle case knowing the State is the one that has to approve them because if anyone has drew AFDC or medicade that money has to be paid back to state first. I then wrote the Support Kids Office in Terminating the case and they denied it. They even ran a background on my ex-husband family to see if he is due any money. Stay away from Support Kids, leave your case with the Attorney General. What the Attorney General don't tell you is you have to call them and tell them you want them to do something and then they will.

Do not use Support Kids stay with the Attorney General

I also signed up with support kids but was not told of the percentage they would receive until after I had signed all the papers and gave them the information. When I contacted TAG, they informed me that legally support kids cannot collect money and they would get a 10% of every amount they collected from the NCP.
Support kids could only call and harrass the NCP and hopefully get money from the NCP. Support kids cannot do anything legally.
I wrote to them immediately and cancelled their services.
