Where do I begin?

First off I was hounded for 2 years until I signed a contract. I did not hear anything from them Until I provided them with the address of the NCP.

They lie on there website about contacting me . They even stated that they had a conversation with me at my home when the number that they had was disconnected. THey lied about everything tto get you in contract. THen you get a toll number which you sit on hold and then get someone with a nasty attitude. No up front fees my you know what. What do you call $475.00 before your child gets a dime.

I contacted the Austin BBB and filed a report. I suggest you all do the same.

Bottom Line I went into my local child support office. They told me to put in writing that I do not wish to have support kids represent me. For the last 7 months they (The state child support offices ) have sent my payments directly to me.

They ( SK) got $475.00 and 34% for one year. That is ridiculous. My child comes first and I took it upon myself to end the contract since I asked nicely several times.
