I was offered a free trial for the cost of shipping and handling fee. READ the information when it arrives. I discovered it when I noticed a charge of $78.91 too my account. Now I will be changing the account and notifying them (by FAX) to cancel any further orders. If they insist on send mire I'll post more info.

Our terms and conditions are clearly listed on our order page, and you must agree to these terms and conditions to place an order with us (or your order will not process).

These terms and conditions (which are clearly displayed) explain in detail that what you are signing up for is 15-day trial where you will have 15 days from the time the product is ordered to decide if it is right for you; if you are happy with it, do nothing and when your 15-day trial ends you will be billed for the shipment you received. If you are unhappy, call our customer support staff to close your account withint he trial period and you will not be billed or shipped anything else.We also send the terms & conditions to you in an email confirmation, as well as list them on an insert which is sent out to you with the product.

We cannot stop customers from agreeing to our terms even though they did not read them on our website, in their email, or when they received their product.

It is a customer's responsibility to read these terms that they are agreeing to which are repeatedly presented for their review.
