Supreme Brands Supreme Brands was a rip-off to me to LaJolla California
*UPDATE Employee: Agreeing to Terms & Conditions that you do not read is a recipe for frustration/anger/confusion/etc.
Same thing happened to me, sent for the trail and after 2 weeks they charged me $80.00 then almost 2 more weeks they charged me again. You don't really get the free trail and then when you use your credit card the keep charging it every month. I did cancel this and changed my credit card.

#1 UPDATE Employee
Agreeing to Terms & Conditions that you do not read is a recipe for frustration/anger/confusion/etc.

Dear L.Fay,
I'm sorry that you feel you were ripped off by our company - based on your complaint it is obviously apparent that you did not read our terms and conditions, which you did agree to when you ordered from us.
We list our terms & conditions on the order page and if you do not agree with them you cannot order from us (the order will not process) - these terms are listed in clear, visible language that anyone can read - it is not "fine print."
These terms and conditions are also sent to a customer in a confirmation email immediately after ordering and were also sent out to you on an insert that is included with your product.
There is a reason we list these terms and conditions repeatedly, make you agree to them to order from us, and send them to you in an email and with your product - it is because THEY ARE IMPORTANT.
If a customer decides to agree to our terms and order from us without reading the terms, there is nothing we can do to prevent this - it is a customer's responsibility to read the terms and conditions that are being agreed to.
No one made you go to our website and check a box agreeing to our terms and conditions which you did not read; you also ignored these terms that were sent to you in an email and you ignored the terms when they were sent out to you with your product.
Agreeing to terms and conditions you do not read is a receipe for disaster - you will be charged for something you did not realize and you will be upset and believe this to be fraud. However, as it turns out you did agree to the terms and conditions and authorized the charge, you were just unaware because you willingingly ignored the terms and conditions.
