Early April 2015 while working over night I received a flyer via fax stating that I can book a trip to Las Vegas for 2 nights and 3days for $392 per person. Prior to receiving the fax my fiancé and I had planned on go to Vegas on July14 2015 (our Anniversary) to get married then drive to San Diego to visit family. This seemed like a really great promotion and so I called the 1800 number which was 1800-461-9920 Supreme Choice Travel. I spoke with Allan who got my information and understood that It was very adamant that we arrive in Vegas buy July 14th.  He then reassured me that it would be no problem just as long as I made my deposit of $190.00 per person.

I was very excited so I invited my best friend to come along and later found out through all that if a 4th person came along then it would be free (paying only fees and taxes). So on April 14th, 2015 I called in ready to make my deposit of  $570.00 allan gave me the airlines that we could choose form and 5 hotels which we could choose from. Before taking payment he stated that someone would verify payment info and approval but I could not ask any questions. Any questions I had I needed to ask him before payment verification. I felt confident and comfortable with all the info he had given me because I had already spoken with him at least 4 different times before booking. So I was informed that after making my deposit of $570.00 I had 2 weeks to make a $69.00 activation fee and that I would receive information via email about the trip. April 17th I mailed in my M.O for $276.00 (4 people).  Mailed to:

I was then told to fax in my travel information and with dates I wanted to travel. I Faxed that in May 5th 2015.  Next couple of days I received via email that I needed to send in $50.00 per couple for travel fees. After reading over the fine print I noticed that it said that the 90 days didn’t start until I received information from my travel agent (FUN Travel). Now a red flag goes up. This is too many different companies and I’m still paying fees when in fact the trip was initially 392.00 per person. Were almost done at that mark and have paid over half of their required amount. I called the above 1800# TC/ VRC (Vacation Reservation Center)  to find out what was the 50.00 fee going toward and the representative informed me that it was for travel fee for 2 couples.

Me: So after I pay that how much will I owe? Her: Well so far we have only received 276.00 toward your trip. Me: no I paid a deposit of $570.00  Her: That was not to us do you need to call whomever you paid that to. Me: So why haven’t I heard from a travel agent yet? Her: That’s your next step after that fee is paid. Me: But I already chose my trip to Vegas and gave dates and all that info. Her: Our promotion doesn’t offer a trip to Vegas and your dates will not be valid because you’re so past the 90 days. Me: That’s not what I was told. I was very specific about the travel dates because we’re getting married on 7/14 Her: We can offer you another trip that you can book for September. Me: I want a refund Her: We don’t give refunds but gave me an email address to make that request.

I’m furious now, so I called 1800-461-9920 (alan/ SCT) only to be given another 1800# . I called back and was hung up on, and then tried again and spoke with someone new who said the company had been bought out and alan was not available. At that moment my heart was aching because I knew something was wrong. We had been scammed for $846.00 not to mention our vacation to Las Vegas to get married was thrown out the window.  I can’t believe this happened because they made it all sound so good and I trusted (alan) them but they will NOT get away with this. I have no clue on which direction to take so advice is appreciated.

I was contacted by the travel center and offered a refund but for only half of my payment. They stated that their was a $25.00 fee per person for the cancelation. Then I receive an email from Supreme Choice Travel stating that my deposit of $570.00 was none refundable but was unable to tell me where it went and why it wasn't applied to the vacation as stated before. Suggesting that my other option was to complete my travel with them and I refuse to continue to pay them anything else because they are untrustworthy. I refused the refund of $176.00 when I paid well over $800.00.
