Sure Connection LD signed me up for unlimited long distance service. I have never talked to anyone from this company or been to their web site.
My phone number they choose to hook up long distance service to is a incoming phone line. There has never been any outgoing calls on this line. There is no way to make a call on this line - local or long distance.
How many AT&T customers are getting scammed?
How much does AT&T make from this scam?
Sure Connection LD claimed I signed up online. After learning they connected to a phone line with no outgoing calls they offered to remove all charges. Wow, what great guys. Charge 1000's of customers for services they didn't order and hope only a few notice. Sure Connection LD and AT&T are making money! I called AT&T to complain and they put the charges on hold, now if they would just verify the charges before they billed their customers.
I filed a complaint with the FCC and encourage everyone else to do the same.
