I have had my car for sale with this company for over 6 months now, Every time I call to see if there is any new buyers they give me the same status and say they will start me a new auction and nothing ever seems to happen. I was told that after 3 month I would receive a full money back Guarantee and they told me some story about their rules have changed and I needed an e-mail they sent me when I started the program. When I e-mailed it to them they said I would get my refund in April now that it is April they have changed all of their phone numbers and never answer or return any phone calls or e-mails. Honestly I just want my car sold but now it is taking up my personal time and is stressing out my husband who is deployed overseas.
