Surevoice Ripoff and poor service. Tempe Arizona

I signed up with this VOIP phone service for 20 bucks a month it took them a month to get me a phone number only to finnaly tell me they couldnt get it even though they had charged me 35 dolllars to activate. Then when they finnaly got me a number it was an 800 number. Half the time it would disconnect and no one could call me and the VOIP adapter was total junk. So finnaly after 2 weeks of hateing the service I knew that had a 30 day money back gaurentee which they told me I was still in that.

So I wanted my money back and decided to go to Vonage (FYI this company works great). So I sent back the Surevoice VOIP adapter and never heard a d**n thing back about my refund. So I reported them to the better business burea. BBB tryed to get my money back to no avail. Surevoices web site is still up but emails go unanswered and calling them you get a rapid busy signal.

I am guessing that i've lost my 35 dollars but I figure I would do everything I can to discredit Surevoice so I can see this company go bankrupt for there more than shady tactics.
