Sureway Beneficial credit card ripoff scam Nationwide

I was contacted on my cell phone to be presented with a Mastercard credit card with a $2000.00 limit, 0% interest for three years, and between 4-8% thereafter to help people to rebuild their credit. I thought, "WOW!" It sounded to good to be true, but I fell for it.
They gave me the name of their company, Sureway Benefical. They provided me with their phone number: 866-642-9465. I also received a confirmation number: 2936346, and a PIN number:1000. They told me their customer service hours were 10:00am-8:00pm Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. When you call the number, it rings once, beeps three times, and then just silence.

They had my information and just confirmed it with me, as far as phone number, address, etc. They asked if I had a savings account, checking account, etc. and the name of the Financial institution. I provided it to them. I did not provide them with my account numbers, but somehow they debited my account for $249.00, which also cost me $23.00 in bank fees. I am trying to get my money back from my financial institution, but there is not any garauntee.
