Folks, this is Charlie at it again.

He screwed many people out of money when he was with Rock Tops. He and Bob took it all from workers and customers.

Now he's re-opened.

He owes Dwyer Marble and Stone, a granite distributor, over $900,000!!!

Don't trust your money to him, just tell him to say hello to Bob and to Joe Dwyer.
