I was following a link to guard my computer from malicious intrusion in my Windows XP OS after the end of its support.  The product from this company is virus software.  I decided to purchase but when I entered my credit card information it gave a message 'Not authorized".  I know had the funds in my account soi I tried entering my credit card information again, very carefully with the same result.  I thought well maybe I made typo twice and tried a thrid time - same thing.

They had a 30 day trial, and the first run of this program seemed to find all kinds of trojans and malware my other virus software hadn't.  So I tried the 30 day trial version.  It was disaster.  It removed files from standard functional software applications critical my use of my computer.  So I had to do a system restore and re-insatall a cople applications.  

I thought, well it is a good thing the payment didn't go through.  However, I checked my on-line bank statement and there was their charge.  I never received a product key, only messages stating my payment had not been authorized.  I sent them an email asking for a refund and received a message that was totally irrelevant to my issue.

I will file a claim with my bank and will stay away from this company and would suggest you do the same.  I also wrote to PC Magazine, since that is where I got the link and told them of this issue and that they should check out their recommendations more carefully.  I have always trusted their advice and I will give them a break this time, but not a second time.
