I logged on to surplus alert and looked at some items, but bought nothing. The next thing I knew there was a charge from Surplus Alert for $29.95. Since I am online with my bank I immediately went to dispute the charge. I was told that I could but I would have to change my debit card. This is extremely unfair as I use it every day instead of a credit card or a check book. There has to be some way to either shut down these crooked business practices or have our banking institutions be more resonsive and helpful.
