Surveillent, LLC Surveillent.com Selling Unauthorized Equipment on Amazon!! Customer Service is ARROGANT and RUDE! Shoreview, Minnesota

I purchased a portable printer from Surveillent on Amazon.  I was unable to get the printer working, so I contacted the manufacturer to help me.  They determined the printer to be defective and said I would need to send it in for repair and asked me for the serial number and where I purchased it.  It was at that time that they informed me that Surveillent is not an authorized dealer for them, and they needed to know from Surveillent when they purchased this printer and who they purchased it from.  The customer service at Surveillent was extremely rude and arrogant...telling me that they were an authorized dealer and that "Any good manufacturer wouldn't be so picky" about having a dated receipt with the serial number.  They needed this information to determine the warranty and Surveillent refused to provide them the information.  The manufacturer even contacted Surveillent themselves.

I would never buy anything from this company and I can't believe Amazon would represent them by selling their "unauthorized" products!!
