We received a check in the mail for $1, 776.34 with a letter that identified us as candidates for additional part-time income. They said that they were required to enclose funding for the the shopping we were to do and then report on the store appearance, sales people, as well as the merchandise that we purchased.
We were to call our assignment coordinator who would provide the instructions on how and where to begin. A short document called 'Terms and Conditions', a brief contract, needed to be signed and Faxed before work would be assigned. On the back of the letter /contract was a Customer Service Evaluation Tool that was to be completed with each assignment and faxed back to your coordinator.
The payment of $300.00 per assignment sounded very generous. When I went to the Better Business Bureau they gave the company a C grade because they only had 1 inquiry/complaint and said they could not get the company to answer questions. Further research on line revealed many market research companies but not Survex Market Research. Additional research revealed that once you cashed the check they had your bank account info and with that they could empty out your account
