I need to know if anyone else has done this and what they did, Did anyone get a lawyer and try to fight the bank? I am going to fight the bank because they posted the check in to my account and did not check and make sure it was lagitt.

If you had bothered to check this site, you would find the answers to your questions. Don't waste your time trying to fight your bank. It's not THEIR fault you stupidly deposited a bogus check into your account. You'll be lucky if the bank doesn't charge you with check fraud, anyway.
