On Dec. 16th I purchased a credit card knife on survival life.com. They said the credit card was free, I just had to pay for shipping and handling. After I purchased the card they asked if I was interested in another knife to which I declined. They then asked me if I wanted to join their membership and I declined that as well.

On jan. 21st I was checking my bank statement and noticed 3 charges from survival life and one from iTunes. On dec. 16th they charged me $9.95 (for the larger knife I didn't order). On dec. 17th they charged me $4.95 ( for the credit card knife I did order). On dec. 19th I have an $8.99 charge from iTunes (which I don't use). On jan 20th I had a $19.99 charge from survival life.

I only gave them permission to use my debit card information for the credit card knife. There are no indications saying that if I buy this credit card knife I will also be purchasing another larger knife and joining a membership. I declined those offers they made me and they charged me anyway. I am not the only one they have scammed. They supposedly have a 30 day refund policy  but they don't abide by it. How am I not going to get my money back the day after you take money out of my account? I had no idea that I signed up for the membership because there were no funds taken out at that time. They can't charge me for something I didn't know I had.

I am so sorry that you were charged for a membership that you declined. We do give our customers a trial to our membership when they order certain items from us but if you declined that offer then you never should have been charged for it.  It also sounds like there may have been some accidental purchases placed on your account due to an error with our ordering system around the time of your complaint. That issue has since been corrected. I would really like to correct these issues for you by refunding you for all of the accidental charges. If you could please reach out to me at support@survivallife.com using the subject ATTN Brittany I would really appreciate the chance to make things right between our company and yourself. I look forward to speaking with you and I hope you have any a great day!
