Stay away from the website Surviving Antidepressants. You may be seeking help or advice. But in my experience I would not go there. It is run by someone who calls herself Altostrata. In her rules she says if you disagree with her she will kick you out. She is a former mental patient but comes off like a Doctor. I went there for support for coming of a longtime bipolar med. She immediately said I was not bipolar. She used all these big medical words like she knew what she is talking about. I have had bipolar illness and I know a thing or two. I disagreed with her and she gave me a warning about being kicked off. It is not written but if you don't reiterate her phanatical doctrine no one will help you. She is against any Psychiatric research which is very much needed.
Please if you are coming off any Psyc med don't go here she could potentially hurt you!!!!
