- no product has been received to date

- no shipping tracking number has been provided to date

- no response to my requests for product or refund has been received to date. requests were made to susan12c2001@yahoo.com and jamesmorian@yahoo.com. requests were read as per read receipt.

- The product was advertised by Susan at http://susan12c2001.ecrater.com/ , and has since been removed.
