Susan Elaine Schuerman Liar, Deceptive, Fraudulant Statements Phoenix, Arizona

Wow! I have known both these women since 1998 and we are also cousins. Meet them both twice and you will wonder as
I did -- how can they be twins? Susan is the Good Twin. And Sally, well, Sally is definitely not the good twin.. Their saintly mother passed away in 2010. It was for her benefit that for twelve years I never spoke of the madness, the anger, the deception that is Sally.

I won't take any pokes of my own here. I only jumped into this cat fight because I have had it up to here with lies and hate prevailing over the good in this world.
 

To anyone reading this obviously ridiculous saga should know this:

I have been the victim of this particular type of abuse from Sally for MANY years - and it appears that she is now trying to encourage others to do the same.  This is only one small example of the type of harassment Sally Ann Hernandez has put upon me and my family.   It is merely a continuation of the aggravated harassment that she was convicted of in 2006 against me.  Her only objective is to try and hurt, defame, and criticize me.  Since she has very little going on in her own life, she feels it necessary to try and make my life just as miserable.  I am committed to making the best out of my life, and need this craziness to stop.  I mean REALLY, who does this kind of stuff????  She mentioned in some of her recent emails to me that all of these reports are coming up in Google searches - which proves the true intent of her actions, HARASSMENT. 

I have received nearly 100 emails from her in the past week (16 of them within the last 2 hours)- full of nasty, hateful, threatening gibberish.  I am filing a petition with the court today in attempt to cease any contact with Sally.

Upon filing this original Ripoff Report on Monday, June 25th, 2012 - Sally provided my full legal name, address, and phone number to the public (as you can see on the top of the report).  She then chose to only refer to herself as "Sally".  Therefore, when I responded with a rebuttal (after she sent me a link to taunt me), I provided her identity as well.  I think it's odd for someone to expect that they can anonymously attack you so viciously after divulging all of your personal information - leaving you vulnerable - and then hide behind the allegations with merely their first name.  Further, I am truly scared for my safety, and want everyone to know who is responsible - should something happen to me. 

Sally is continuing to contact me daily saying "how dare I provide her information to the public" -  I guess she "forgot" (or rather, ignores the fact) that SHE posted the original report with all of my personal information on it.  She has since found it necessary to update my personal information twice, but this time "upping the ante".  She is now inviting people to contact my employer, while the purpose is still unclear why anyone would need to do so.   She is also inviting people "needing cash" to my home along with threats of giving an old alarm security code she know years ago.  According to the police officer I made a report with yesterday, those alone could have some criminal implications for her.    What purpose did she make those comments for other than with the intent to have other people try to harass and/or physically harm me? 

This sounds like a BAD B-movie..... and it truly is.  The lengths Sally has gone to harass me are escalating and incredibly alarming.  Today I'll be seeing a judge and presenting this information to secure yet another Order of Protection - and since she is obviously obsessed and fixated with me, it will undoubtedly land her in jail.  This is the true meaning of a stalker - and a scary one at that. 

Susan would like to think her allegations on national TV against me are insignificant.  I'm only sorry that the statute of limitations has run out to file and recover damages.

Let's examine her current statements.  YES.  She has (repeatedly) gotten orders of protection against me. lol.  I have them all.  The last one she filed and was granted was 1/13/2011.  Within a few months of that active order, Ms. Scared of Me started contacting the "Dr Phil" show in hopes of getting us to appear as guests.  I'm supposing her earlier prayers went unanswered.  One early October afternoon (2011) I received a frantic call from my daughter.  Seems Sue had provided the show with my contact information as she didn't have my direct link (lol).

To make a very long story short...these producers from Dr. Hell hounded me from October thru December 6, 2011.  At that point I contacted their legal staff to get my contact information removed from their system.

The piss in my pants and call me patty part of this story is that during this time, Susan had an active Order of Protection against me.  She made a mockery of the system and I abhor that abuse.

After the unpleasant activities w/Susan...I got the hell out of dodge.  I did NOT provide her new physical address.  Her contact with the "Dr Phil" show which she forgot to mention in her rebuttal is most important.  Those people hounded me from early October until December, 2011.  I have documentation.  I even moved in fear of this psycho Susan person.

On June 23, 2012 ( police report #1115981) twin shows up at my door.. early Saturday am.  I answered the door totally not expecting disheveled twin in a rant.  She, in my opinion, did not even know where I lived.  After I shut the door and called the police, I thought it prudent to figure out HOW she could have ascertained my whereabouts. 

I spent hours online w/Cox Communications as well as other sources and came to one conclusion.  SUSAN SCHUERMAN IS A STALKER.  If you don't believe her or do as she says....she has no use for you.

That being said....my facts speak for themselves.  The RIPOFFREPORT  I filed is valid and can be verified.

This report was posted solely for the intent of harassment - sadly, by my twin sister Sally Ann Hernandez (address: 3211 E Pinchot Avenue #137 Phoenix, Arizona 85018, email: sallyhernand@yahoo.com, and phone: 602-595-8601, according to http://whois.domaintools.com).   Sally does NOTHING but hide behind her keyboard 24 hours a day, being a TRUE cyber-bully.  She continually harasses me using the internet - via email and various websites.  Just as an example - in the past week,  I have received more than 60 blabbering, hateful, malicious emails from her.  She appears to be on a "bender".  This mentally-unstable behavior is both shocking and frightening. 

She was convicted of aggravated harassment a few years ago for very similar behavior against my children and I.   We have had a few orders of protection against her that were upheld, and it looks like it's time to file for another one.  Her attempts to jab and harass me are getting increasingly vicious and threatening, and I now fear for the safety of myself and my family. 

Her claim in this post regarding the Sally Jesse Raphael show is something insignificant that happened nearly 12 years ago (NEWSFLASH: The show has been off-air for over a decade).  We WILLINGLY went on the show TOGETHER.  Everything I said is true, but more importantly seems irrelavant over a decade later.  How sad that a women nearing her 60's has nothing else to do with her time.  Thankfully, we are now permanently estranged - and I am trying to resume a peaceful, meaningful, normal life. 

This report seems like a very odd posting on The Ripoff Reort website.  It doesn't fit the purpose or mission of the site.  It is yet another failed attempt to bring me down.  FAILED.
