This facility is falling down and a potential death trap for horses. Fence boards are tied in place with hay string, and broken boards are not replaced, just tied or nailed back together making a very high injury risk.  If boards are replaced, they are replaced with things like....ladders.  Really?

"Show" horses are locked in stalls that are only cleaned once a week if they are lucky, and they are normally standing in puddles of urine and on piles of feces. 

Water buckets and water tubs are frequently empty.  The trash is always full, usually full of beer cans, beer bottles, and wine bottles.

She openly steals feed and hay from her boarders that purchase their own feed and hay. Susan is a known felon with a long string of criminal charges.  All of this can be verified thru a Court records search in Lake County, FL.
