Susteen, Inc - DataPilot Product Limitations - Irvine, California

Susteen Inc markets DataPilot hardware/software used to transfer messages, contacts, pictures and other data between a cell phone and a PC.

Besides being incredibly complex to install even for a guy with 25 years in IT the software craps out after transferring 99 text messages. Susteens technical support admitted this and told me that I have too many messages on my cell phone!

After several attempts to fix the problem, Susteen said to send back the product and theyd refund my money.

After waiting over 6 weeks, I inquired and Susteen said they never received the product. Unfortunately I sent if via USPS and did not have a tracking number. I spent way too much time trying to get the DataPilot product to work. And then Susteen ri's me off on the refund.

Now I am doing all I can to make sure people know that Susteens DataPilot products have serious limitations and that Susteen treats its customers very poorly. I should have know because a couple years ago I bought another Susteen product called Pix N Tunes and it was next to impossible to use.

I highly urge readers to avoid Susteen products.
