Suzanne Guinn Suzanne Hendricks,Stella Investment Properties refuses to communicate with me regarding disposition of my $2000.00 security deposit of a home I rented from her Scottsdale Arizona

I vacated a rental property of Suzanne Guinn, Hendricks, Stella Investment Properties on Dec 31,2013, I am filing a report concerning my rental security deposit of $2000.00 that we have not heard from her and she avoids my texts, email and calls.

Ms Guinn has been a tolerable landlord however very rude and insensitive whenver I had to communicate with her. We have been excellent tenants, always paid on time and cared for her property as if was ours.

Since we have vacated on Dec 31, 2013 we have not heard from her since until her Real Estate broker from Fisher Realty made a 3way call to her was when she actually spoke to me, she outright denied about any of my communications to her and claims that she has mailed a disposition letter, I have never recieved such letter she claims, I asked what address she used and she said she sent it to the address I rented from her. I asked her why would you send it to an address I longer reside, she said she never heard from me. Ms Guinn says that she will resend the disposition letter by email, I also resent her my new address and prior texts to her and to her broker to view.

It is very difficult for me to move out and forget about a $2000.00 security deposit. My family and friends worked very hard after Christmas and through the New Year 2014 cleaning and getting the house in clean and move in condition for her.

With all this moving out of her rental property and moving into a forced to live new place, I have caught the flu 2X, sprained my lower left back and left shoulder. I recently became unemployed, with no medical insurance, this woman's insensitivity towards me and my family has caused us emotional pain, additional stress and medical issues. I since seen a medical doctor for my Bronchitus, a Chiropractor and a Accupucturist for my illness and suffering.

$2000.00 is alot of money to loose in this economy and I hope that my complaint reaches the thousands of Good, Hardworking, community Individuals out there who are victims of selfish and inconsiderate Landlords and property Owners like MS Guinn. $2000.00 dollars to me means 2 months rent and food for my family. I have since filed a complaint to AZ Attorney General and AZ Board of Realtors. I am also communicating with a local TV news station for help. Any help and advise from the readers would be greatly appreciated
