I asked her for it very nicely she said I would recieve something in the mail and I never did...when I handed her the money she said she would text me a reciept and she never did ...please dont fall into her trap ...I forgive her for she knows not what she is doing Trappe Pennsylvania

Please BEWARE this Suzanne Lord needs the Lord in her life...I was homeless with little boys and was looking for temporary housing. My mom found her ad and and let me borrow the $900 Security deposit when i met Suzanne I explained my situation she collected the $900 from my hand and did not give me a recipt she said she would "text" it to me she said I needed to come up with "rest of the money" I called her the for 3 days and she wouldnt answer her phone she said she had a better place for us to move into ...so I went and looked at it and said it would be ok but I didnt think could come up with the first months rent and that I just wanted my security back she said I would get something in the mail after several failed phone call attemts and the police calling her now I am taking her to court.
