Suzuki Retail Services HSBC SUZUKI STEALS MONEY FROM EVERYONE Wilmington Delaware

Made payments on time on Suzuki credit card for payment of Suzuki gxr1000. I mailed the payment 5 days before due date. The next statement shows that I was NOT late and they added $39.00 late fees, $105.77 and billed finance charges and $17.05 It shows that I am being charged 17.90% APR for the late charges. The original loan APR is 7.95% intrest rate and now it's 17.90.

I purchased the Motorcycle for 14K in 2004 and I currently owe the same amount. No other bank wants ro refinance my motorcycle because it shows that I owe late fees. So I wlll never pay off this Bike. Anyone who reads this Please contact me so we can all bring together a class action law suit and bring an end to these types of practices (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))
