SW Advantage This company took our bank account number off our check and secretly stole funds from our bank account Nashville, Tennessee

In August 2012, a young student came to our door, He was selling educational CD's for a company called SW Advantage. (This company was started by a preacher in Nashville TN!!!) Anyway, my son has Autism and struggles with math, and the young man was trying to earn money for college, so we decided to spend 142.00 to buy some CD math games. (This was more than we can afford!) The young man asked us if we would like to purchase a membership with our order we politely but clearly DECLINED his offer. Four months later, I notice a withdrawal from my bank account for $19.95 from "Advantage". We have "Advantage Checking" through our bank, so I thought it was something our bank had done! After researching it however, I found out that SW Advantage stole our bank account number and routing number off of our check and had been deverting funds from us for MONTHS. I was furious. I contacted our bank and put a stop payment on our account, then I called SW Advantage, and have been trying to get my money back ever since! First they said it would take 6-10 days for the refund to appear, THEN they tell me 10 BUSINESS DAYS minimum, and NOW they are selling me a story that they already refunded my money, and that my bank messed up, and needs to contact THEM. I am fed up and am ready to file a class action lawsuit, because I know there are plenty of victims out there, just like us!!! Please feel free to contact me, I have filed a complaint with Tennesee Consumer Protection Division, and am getting ready to file with the FTC as well. I have also saved some CRAZY e-mails from this company that I would be willing to turn over to an attorney. This company needs to be sued, and shut-down.
