Complaint Description:
Extended Warranty Scam Purchased a used transmission for Hyundai.It failed almost immediately. I thought it was because it was recently installed. I gave it a bit of time. I thought I was covered because I had paid extra for an extended warranty. NOT. Be sure to read the terms and conditions. They never brought to my attention until after two phone calls that _ oops sorry, you did not call and activate your extended warranty. This total failure will not be valid because it is a pre-existing condition. I just ate a thousand dollar transmission - that completely burnt up and failed. They did offer at my expense to remove the transmission and ship it back and they would send me a new one. PROBABLY NOT They also offered to return the extended warranty price of 95 - thus acknowledging that I had bought the extended warranty.

If you have already purchased from this comapany - call them immediately and activate your warranty. THEY PROBABLY WILL NOT HONOR IT ANYWAYS.
